In return, I hope you wil follow just three simple steps:
- Write all offers through me. All real estate brokerages co-operate with each other. If you wish to view a property listed by another REALTOR® or real estate company that's fine. I can show it to you.
- Phone me on any real estate ads or signs that interest you and would like to have more information on.
- When you go through "open houses," please inform the hosting sales representatives that you have a REALTOR® already. Do not give out your name and number. If you want additional information on a home, I will get it for you.
